A mattress order usually ships within seven (7) days of when the order is submitted. However, the Pastoral and the Split Top Serenity mattresses are considered custom mattresses and ship approximately 4 weeks after the order is submitted.
A bedding order usually ships within seven (7) days of when the order is submitted.
Please refer to your Sales Order for the estimated shipping date.

Savvy Rest natural platform beds usually ship approximately 4 weeks after an order is submitted.
Organic sofa shipments usually leave Savvy Rest within 8 weeks of the date a completed order is received.
The Savvy Baby organic crib mattress, crib-sized waterproof mattress protector, and the Savvy Baby wool puddle pad all usually ship within seven (7) days.
Rush Processing may be available for orders shipping to addresses within the United States, depending on current production volume. Each request must be approved individually, however, as there are times when it isn’t possible. Ask your dealer (or Savvy Rest, if ordering directly) to inquire whether Rush Processing is available for your order.
When Rush Processing is approved, an order is moved from its position in the queue to the “head of the line,” and ships within the next 1-2 business days.
Single mattress – $100
Single mattress with foundation OR platform bed OR platform bed insert – $150
Other items with OR without a mattress – $25 each
If you order a layered mattress (Serenity, Unity Pillowtop, Tranquility), the Afton or Esmont platform bed, a platform bed insert, and/or accessories only, your order will be delivered by UPS, No Signature Required. If you prefer to be at home when boxes are delivered, you may specify Signature Required delivery when you order. (This cannot be added after order is placed.)
If your order includes a foundation or Earthspring mattress, it will be shipped by a common carrier. The carrier company will call you to schedule a delivery time.
CURBSIDE DELIVERY. Common carriers do not bring boxes indoors and are contracted to deliver at the curb or sidewalk only. Someone must be present to unload, inspect, sign for, and bring in the delivery. (An individual driver may be willing to bring it to your door but this is not included or guaranteeable.) Arrange a helper if you’ll need assistance, or consider ordering White Glove Delivery (see What If I Need Help with Setup?, below).
DELIVERY INSPECTION. It is very important to inspect boxes thoroughly before you sign a delivery receipt. These Delivery Inspection Instructions will protect you in the event that a claim is necessary. Please read them carefully.
If your order includes a sofa, loveseat, armchair, or ottoman, you have the choice of either threshold delivery OR White Glove delivery.
Threshold delivery does not include an extra charge but will only bring the furniture item to your front door, garage, or patio.
White Glove delivery involves an extra charge but the furniture item will be brought inside your home and will be assembled for you in the room of your choice.

Your dealer (or Savvy Rest, if you order directly) will email you the tracking information once your order has shipped. White Glove and common carrier shippers issue one tracking number for all boxes in a shipment. UPS issues individual numbers for each box. If you have not received tracking information after seven (7) days and wish to check, please contact your dealer or Savvy Rest for an update.
Yes. For orders shipping to addresses within the United States, Savvy Rest is happy to time delivery around your travel, moving, or vacation plans.
If you prefer delivery ON or BEFORE—or ON or AFTER—a certain date, tell your dealer or Savvy Rest when you place your order. We will make every effort to time your delivery within three (3) days of that date.
If you need to take delivery on a specific date, your order must be received by Savvy Rest in time for normal production and transit intervals. Tell your dealer or Savvy Rest that you wish to order with a Guaranteed Delivery Date.

White Glove Delivery includes:
Savvy Rest organic mattresses are bagged in heavy plastic, then packed in strong boxes with strapping reinforcement. Casings or accessories may be shipped in smaller boxes; latex boxes measure just under 2’ x 2’ x 3’. Sofas, loveseats, and armchairs arrive wrapped and secured to wooden pallets. Box contents are labeled on the outside. Generally, orders are packaged as follows:
Twin/Twin Long — 1 latex box + 1 smaller box
Full/Queen — 3 latex boxes
King/California King — 3 latex boxes + 1 smaller box for casing
Twin/Twin Long — 1 latex box + 1 smaller box for casing + 1 rolled coil unit
Full — 1 latex box with casing + 1 rolled coil unit
Queen — 1 latex box + 1 smaller box for casing + 2 rolled coil units
King/California King — 1 latex box + 1 smaller box for casing + 2 rolled coil units
Twin/TXL/Full/Queen — 1 latex box
King/California King — 1 larger box
Twin/TXL — 1 box: 39″ x 81″ x 10″
Full/Queen — 1 box: 61″ x 81″ x 10″
California King foundations — 2 boxes: 39″ x 85″ x 10″
