I purchased 2 pillows.
the 1st pillow i ordered was the wool/latex blend pillow. this is the first all natural pillow ive ever purchased but I want to get away from all the plastic stuff so after alot of research I choose this wool blend pillow to be the one to try. when I got it I removed some of the fill and slept on it. the pillow is nice but its like the fluffiness to the cushion comes to an abrupt end once your head weight compresses the material inside the pillow there is a hard bottom your head sits on from there. its hard to explain but I was hoping to get a bit more loft to the cushion so I looked onto getting just some shredded latex filler to add to this pillow hoping to possibly fix this, again I dont know much about these natural materials.
I think the extra latex filler was like 70 bucks or something so I thought it might be smarter to just order a full shredded latex pillow and use the excess fill of this 2nd pillow to add to this 1st pillow. these pillows are not cheap and there is no return But I like the idea of all natural pillows so this is what I did.
I got the 2nd shredded latex pillow, and WOW! THIS IS A VERY HEAVY PILLOW! Shockingly Heavy! but i removed some excess fill into a storage bag and slept on the pillow. ( the shreaded latex is like velcro to the pillow casing and is very difficult to wipe of if it attaches so try to be as careful as possible removing this material from the pillow, i did this outside and used a plastic bag but still had shredded latex pieces stuck to the pillow casing and its time consuming to get all the casing cleared)
this pillow seemed to have the same issue but maybe even a bit more harsh with its loftiness. its hard to explain but its like once your head sinks to the bottom of the cushioning it sits on a ridged surface, like a dense bottom. not referring to the bottom side of the pillow but in the middle of the pillow once the material in compressed from your heads weight. I find it uncomfortable.
so now I have 2 expensive pillows that I dont know what im going to do with. I dont want to keep spending money on them but they just are not comfortable for me. my wife did not like the cushioning to them either.
as for the quality of the product it is a great quality, the pillow casing and the zipper and even the material inside the pillow all is good quality but the comfort is where im struggling.

bought 2 pillows, first pillow was wool and latex blend, that one was nice but there seemed to be a “dense bottom” to the pillow. it has cushion but not deep cushioning, its like its dense once your at the bottom of the cushion…. its difficult to describe. I want an all natural pillow so I thought maybe I could order some pure shredded latex to this wool blend and maybe that would improve the cushion to the pillow. just a bag of extra shredded latex filler costs like 70 bucks and there is no return…. so I just bought another pillow that was pure shredded latex and thought id use the excess from that pillow to add to my first wool blend. I really want to make this work. I get the latex pillow and WOW! THATS A VERY HEAVY PILLOW! Shockingly Heavy. I removed some of the latex into a storage bag and slept on it that night. honestly, that pillow seems even less cushiony than the wool blend…. I dont know how to describe it but once your head sinks into the pillow it hits a dense hard bottom,im not referring to the actual bottom of the pillow but the bottom of the cushioning once your heads weight compresses the cushioning, it abruptly stops being fluffy and your head sits on this dense compressed material inside the pillow, its diffict to describe but for me its very uncomfortable. I dont know what to do, these pillows are not cheap and there is no return. I dont know if adding more wool if that would add a deeper cushion to the pillow or adding a different fluffier material….. im new to these all natural organic pillows but I do like the idea of not using so many petroleum based plastic products anymore.

I wish I’d read the reviews and return policy more thoroughly. The pillow is too big and heavy as is, but removing latex filling is tedious and very messy. This was not a good choice for me.

It’s really overstuffed and I took out about half the filling which is a good value because you can literally create a second pillow! It’s really messy to do that but this pillow worked the best comfort wise for me.

I’ve had this pillow for over seven months now. As a student with little change to spare, I nearly balked at the price. But I was determined to find a pillow that would meet my picky standards. I’ve gone through about 6 pillows since the pandemic started ranging from between $10-$35. At some point I realized that I’d be saving myself both time and money in the long term by simple splurging on a decent pillow instead of buying cheap pillows that lose their fullness in weeks. I usually have to use two pillows to get in a comfortable sleep position, but with this pillow I use just this. It is a nice solid feel without being hard or lumpy. You can take some fill out to customize it to your exact comfort. It is heavy duty so no worries it will flatten out after a week of use. This is my second purchase and I’m extremely pleased and sleeping soundly.

Ordered 2 shredded latex pillows, and 1 Kapok pillow. The quality is uncommon nowadays. Beautiful, soft, heavy-duty casing, and the pillow was actually heavy from being so packed full (for customizing personal ‘fullness’ preference). Very pleased. The older I get, the more dissatisfied I become with my pillow. We have a love/hate relationship. I need it but it drives me crazy. It’s either too flat or too fluffy. I’m a thin build 54 year old and I sleep both on my back and my side. Sleeping through the night has become more challenging so I thought I would start with replacing my toxic off-gassing pillow for an organic one. I called customer service and everyone I spoke to was super nice and encouraging — they gave me the emotional support I needed given that finding the right pillow is like finding a suitable mate! I ended up buying the shredded latex queen, and after reducing the fill twice, I actually think I’m liking it and probably will start falling in love soon. I do wish they would make the zipper hole larger because it’s a complete mess transferring the popcorn-like latex out of one pillow into another. It gets EVERYWHERE and sticks to EVERYTHING! The pillow comes with an inside case and an outside case. I used the outside case, which is super soft, to put the extra latex in until I need to refill my pillow. I wish they would provide a separate case altogether that comes with the pillow to store the unused portion of the filling so I wouldn’t have to waste the outer case. I want to be sleeping on the super soft organic outer pillow case. It sounds confusing but if you buy this pillow you’ll see what I’m talking about. Enjoy!!!

I bought this pillow after accidentally washing my LifeKind rubber pillow that I’d had for 6-7 years and paid $120 (on sale). I’m very pleased with the quality, especially since it comes over stuffed which allows for me to customize. It was also 50% less in cost than the LifeKind rubber pillow which has increased to $150. I bought the queen size since that was closer to the standard LifeKind pillow that I had and it fits my standard pillow cases.
