My Kapok is heavenly soft! The Kapok was perfectly fluffy and soft after I removed some of the "overstuffing" it came with, and it has stayed fluffy and soft for more than a year -- unlike my old feather pillow that started nice and fluffy but got flat and lumpy after a few months.
