This pillow is very disappointing. It is extremely firm. I read on many reviews talking about it being a mixture of firm and soft. But it is very firm in my opinion. There are no returns or exchanges so I would caution anyone to be very sure of this purchase.

5 for quality, but you need to love a VERY FIRM pillow, which I do not.
I am 5’4″ and a side sleeper, and my 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th nights using this pillow I had tightness and pain in the curve between my neck and shoulder, so I stopped using it. I was forcing myself to use it, hoping some of the firmness would wear down, but it just hits wrong for my body shape, and with the discomfort from the pillow feeling so hard, I was not getting the quality sleep I am used to, and stopped using it.

This pillow is great! I am an average weight/height woman and the thickness of this pillow as a back and side sleeper works for me, which is hard to find in this style of pillow. Most pillows are too thick.
I wished though I had paid attention to the actual measurements. I have always used a “standard” pillow and it has been sufficient in size.. But “standard” in this pillow is a little small on the length and width. I’m always sliding it left or right a couple inches every time I roll over. I wished I had ordered the Queen instead, and you can’t return or exchange it. Also note the pillow cover is very high quality, but requires hand washing and air drying.

This pillow is FANTASTIC! I have been using a popular brand memory foam side-sleeper pillow for over 20 year. Yes, I woke up stuffed up for many years, but never associated it with my pillow. While on vacation a friend cleaning my house tossed my expensive pillow and bought me a new one, but not a side-sleeper one. I did an online search for healthy side-sleeper pillows, found Savvy Rest and decided to try a latex pillow. After sleeping on it for one night I woke with a clear head! I was able to breathe. Now I am looking at a latex mattress.

This is honestly the worst most uncomfortable pillow I have ever purchased. I am extremely bummed as I read so many positive reviews. It feels like sleeping on a rubber mat that gives you an instant headache.

I was in desperate need of a new pillow when I was unfortunately influenced to purchase this pillow for my husband and I by a chiropractor influencer I very much trust online. She stated that all of her guests love this pillow and always ask where it’s from. This was not the case for us – the pillow is extremely firm – so firm that the pressure on my ear caused it to go numb multiple times overnight (which I’ve never experienced before), as well as us both to toss and turn all night. As I’ve been up now for hours before the sun unintentionally, I am realizing that I am stuck with these very uncomfortable, expensive pillows – they are nonreturnable (I understand) and this style pillow will not “break-in” according to what I’ve researched. I am really bummed I wasted all this money on these pillows we will not use. I am sure this is probably a great pillow for the right person, but certainly not for us, nor for most people we know.
