This pillow is great! I am an average weight/height woman and the thickness of this pillow as a back and side sleeper works for me, which is hard to find in this style of pillow. Most pillows are too thick.
I wished though I had paid attention to the actual measurements. I have always used a “standard” pillow and it has been sufficient in size.. But “standard” in this pillow is a little small on the length and width. I’m always sliding it left or right a couple inches every time I roll over. I wished I had ordered the Queen instead, and you can’t return or exchange it. Also note the pillow cover is very high quality, but requires hand washing and air drying.

This pillow is FANTASTIC! I have been using a popular brand memory foam side-sleeper pillow for over 20 year. Yes, I woke up stuffed up for many years, but never associated it with my pillow. While on vacation a friend cleaning my house tossed my expensive pillow and bought me a new one, but not a side-sleeper one. I did an online search for healthy side-sleeper pillows, found Savvy Rest and decided to try a latex pillow. After sleeping on it for one night I woke with a clear head! I was able to breathe. Now I am looking at a latex mattress.
