Savvy Rest reviews

I’ve never had a duvet before and this was expensive! But it is very nice and if it holds up for years to come it will be worth the price. This is for my daughters bed so it gives me peace of mind knowing that it is safe and chemical free. It has weight to it which I like. It is very warm and comfortable. I was worried because of the expensive but we’ve had a positive experience so far.

The order was shipped promptly, and communication about the order and shipment instructions were clear and timely.

I chose this bed because it is simple and refined. It is made of solid wood in Virginia, and I like that it was offered in a linseed finish. The bed doesn't require any additional hardware or tools. We assembled it in 3 minutes: all parts fit perfectly.

Company Choice

I prefer to buy from smaller, locally owned companies. Savvy Rest seemed to offer a good selection of products (not too overwhelming like some larger companies) and a good service, so I was willing to give it a try. I was very pleased with the quality of both the product and the service.

Order arrived as scheduled.

The older I get, the more dissatisfied I become with my pillow. We have a love/hate relationship. I need it but it drives me crazy. It’s either too flat or too fluffy. I’m a thin build 54 year old and I sleep both on my back and my side. Sleeping through the night has become more challenging so I thought I would start with replacing my toxic off-gassing pillow for an organic one. I called customer service and everyone I spoke to was super nice and encouraging — they gave me the emotional support I needed given that finding the right pillow is like finding a suitable mate! I ended up buying the shredded latex queen, and after reducing the fill twice, I actually think I’m liking it and probably will start falling in love soon. I do wish they would make the zipper hole larger because it’s a complete mess transferring the popcorn-like latex out of one pillow into another. It gets EVERYWHERE and sticks to EVERYTHING! The pillow comes with an inside case and an outside case. I used the outside case, which is super soft, to put the extra latex in until I need to refill my pillow. I wish they would provide a separate case altogether that comes with the pillow to store the unused portion of the filling so I wouldn’t have to waste the outer case. I want to be sleeping on the super soft organic outer pillow case. It sounds confusing but if you buy this pillow you’ll see what I’m talking about. Enjoy!!!

I bought this pillow after accidentally washing my LifeKind rubber pillow that I'd had for 6-7 years and paid $120 (on sale). I'm very pleased with the quality, especially since it comes over stuffed which allows for me to customize. It was also 50% less in cost than the LifeKind rubber pillow which has increased to $150. I bought the queen size since that was closer to the standard LifeKind pillow that I had and it fits my standard pillow cases.

Excellent experience.

This is our second purchase of the Savvy Rest Dog Bed. Our dogs and us love these beds.

In my life, I have truly never experienced customer service at this level. We have loved our bed for 9 years, but noticed that there were some problems with the latex. With my parents having the same bed bought around the same time, we could see something had happened to ours that seemed wrong. I contacted customer service and spoke to a lovely person who requested I sent pictures. After very easy communication back and forth they 100% stood by their warranty on the bed and are fully replacing it. It was clearly a flaw in their manufacturing and they were apologetic. Not only is this bed natural, sustainable and good to sleep on, but the company behind it has integrity that is hard to find. I am a loyal customer for life.

We read many reviews and kept coming back to Savvy Rest. We also love the fact that the whole bed disassembles making it very convenient for getting it into apartments/homes and up stairs.

When we were shopping we took it on the recommendation of my brother. We were looking for natural, non-gassing, comfortable, sustainably made beds. And while the price tag was high - we had shopped around to know that this was the best product. We were able to find a store that we could try it out, which helped make all the difference. It's really as good as it seems.
