Firmness and feel depend on the latex and layer configuration you choose.
Tranquility is intended for children and smaller adults and is not recommended for people over 160 pounds. Unity Pillowtop adds a separate Harmony topper. Split Top describes the split at the head of the casing; split firmness choices are also available in the other models.

Our customizable king size Savvy Rest Serenity mattress is our second latex mattress. Our original was a well-known organic brand but it seemed to become increasingly uncomfortable. Perhaps after 13 years that is to be expected. Although our configuration for firmness was the same, the difference, and improvement was immediately noticeable. The sizing of the Serenity was similar to a “normal” mattress whereas the original left large gaps between the headboard and footboard. The original also had a lump in the middle where the pieces fit together while the Serenity is more seamless. We will see how long the Serenity holds up but, for now, we are loving our new all natural mattress.

I purchased my serenity from a local retailer in Alaska. It was the only organic mattress I could try out/feel before purchasing, as selection in Alaska is very slim and shipping is atrociously expensive. My husband and I have slept on a memory foam gel mattress (sank in the middle and broke down quickly), several traditional box store mattresses (uncomfortable and too much motion transfer) , and a Happsy organic mattress (too firm). We weren’t satisfied with any of them. We purchased a soft talalay, soft Dunlop, and firm Dunlop combo. After the first week my husband said he loved it, and I agreed. This is the most comfortable mattress we have ever used and owned, and after 4 years of use it’s still holding up very well. The price is steep but so worth it.

We have all dunlop layers and I still absolutely love this mattress. We haven’t had problems with sagging, and the mattress is still just as comfortable as it was when we bought it. It still feels like it has a lot of life left in it 11 years in.
