Savvy Rest reviews

Our customizable king size Savvy Rest Serenity mattress is our second latex mattress. Our original was a well-known organic brand but it seemed to become increasingly uncomfortable. Perhaps after 13 years that is to be expected. Although our configuration for firmness was the same, the difference, and improvement was immediately noticeable. The sizing of the Serenity was similar to a "normal" mattress whereas the original left large gaps between the headboard and footboard. The original also had a lump in the middle where the pieces fit together while the Serenity is more seamless. We will see how long the Serenity holds up but, for now, we are loving our new all natural mattress.

I was in desperate need of a new pillow when I was unfortunately influenced to purchase this pillow for my husband and I by a chiropractor influencer I very much trust online. She stated that all of her guests love this pillow and always ask where it’s from. This was not the case for us - the pillow is extremely firm - so firm that the pressure on my ear caused it to go numb multiple times overnight (which I’ve never experienced before), as well as us both to toss and turn all night. As I’ve been up now for hours before the sun unintentionally, I am realizing that I am stuck with these very uncomfortable, expensive pillows - they are nonreturnable (I understand) and this style pillow will not “break-in” according to what I’ve researched. I am really bummed I wasted all this money on these pillows we will not use. I am sure this is probably a great pillow for the right person, but certainly not for us, nor for most people we know.

The product (couch) is fantastic and the customer service was wonderful. Every question was answered, fabric samples were very helpful, shipment timing was accurate and the experience with Savvy was great!!!

I got two floating tables to go with my Afton frame and I could not be more pleased! Beautifully crafted and stained, in the Mahogany finish, all the pieces coordinate so well. Sturdy, sound, solidly constructed. very clean lines and perfectly sized and spaced. Delivery was easy, and the pieces were both packed with care, but not wastefully so. And overall, Savvy Rest was a breeze to communicate with - customer service alone was 5-star. I cannot recommend their products or this company enough!

So very pleased with my new bed frame! Beautifully crafted and stained (I got the Mahogany finish) and was so easy to put together. Sturdy, sound, solidly constructed. No rough edges and clean lines. We have owned this couch for a year and a half now and can officially say that we have been very happy with our couch! I searched high and low for something completely organic and found this company. I was nervous about the fact that you could not return it, but decided to take the leap. I chose the low arm height, solid back and seat cushions in 'soft' and the cotton/hemp blend in 'navy'. First I will say that the couch is of very solid and high quality construction. I LOVE that it is all solid, hard wood and there was no off gassing smells (latex has a natural smell that dissipates, I do not consider this off gassing). The fabric is wonderful because it is soft, but also feels nice and thick. I color is absolutely gorgeous, with the only downside being that, because of the dark color, everything shows up on it (we have two dogs that do not get on the couch, but hair still exists of course). I feel like so far the couch is holding up quite well. After coming from a deep, cushy couch this was an adjustment, but now I LOVE how it feels. I definitely enjoy the supportive feel of this couch. I possibly would prefer the back cushions to have been shredded latex for a cozier feel and look, but I simply use a pillow behind me for a little cushion, my husband sits on it as is and likes it. I have hand washed and air dried a cushion cover and that went without any issues. The only thing I may wish for would be a bit thicker bottom cushion if I were to redesign any part of it, but it feels and sits comfortably as it is now. Overall, we love this couch, feel the value for the money was phenomenal and I REALLY appreciate knowing that every single element of this couch is safe and natural. The customer service when I was deciding on this couch was also fantastic. I hope this detailed review will be helpful for anyone thinking about purchasing this couch!

I like that there are organic options for pets. I think this is a good product. My only negative comment is to make the covers larger. It's extremely difficult to squeeze the dog bed into the cover and zip it and I know the first time I wash it, it's going to shrink and may not fit the bed. This is true for the outside cover as well as the waterproof cover. Suggestion add more material to the outside cover and waterproof cover.
