After much research, we decided that Savvy Rest was a quality company with a quality product.

Savvy Rest filled my order quickly despite it being the holiday season (I had indicated it was not a gift).The dog bed exceeded my expectations – and my dog loves it! The bed is latex, solid and firm yet soft at the same time. Once Star lays down, she stays down most all night. In addition, it's great having a quality dog "mattress" that does not be spew harmful chemicals/fumes.

I love the bench I purchased. I searched through what felt like the entire internet trying to find a simple but still interesting wood bench that worked for the end of a queen bed (45"-50"). I hadn't heard of this brand before so I was a little hesitant but it's so well made and looks exactly like the photos. Took me a few minutes to put together but it wasn't hard. I got the natural lineseed oil and the maple wood is lovely. Heartily recommend!

Mary was very patient with me; allowed me to take all the time I needed to decide which combination of mattress layers was most comfortable.

I purchased a pillow for my wife and accidentally ordered the wrong size. The customer service rep said that they didn't accept returns but that she would speak to her supervisor to see what she could do. Less than 24 hours later she called me to tell me that they would accept the exchange as long as I paid the difference for the larger pillow. Great news!! She had saved my wife's birthday!! I will always be grateful to her.
