When will I receive my order?

Mattresses & Bedding

A mattress order usually ships within seven (7) days of when the order is submitted. However, the Pastoral and the Split Top Serenity mattresses are considered custom mattresses and ship approximately 4 weeks after the order is submitted.

A bedding order usually ships within seven (7) days of when the order is submitted.

Please refer to your Sales Order for the estimated shipping date.

Note: Custom orders have a longer lead time. Please email customer service for details: info@savvyrest.com.

Platform Beds

Savvy Rest natural platform beds usually ship approximately 4 weeks after an order is submitted.

Sofas

Organic sofa shipments usually leave Savvy Rest within 8 weeks of the date a completed order is received.

Note: International orders are not eligible for White Glove Delivery. Orders placed in Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada must be individually quoted for White Glove shipping. Please call our customer service department at 866-856-4044 or email info@savvyrest.com.

Savvy Baby products

The Savvy Baby organic crib mattress, crib-sized waterproof mattress protector, and the Savvy Baby wool puddle pad all usually ship within seven (7) days.

Can I receive my order more quickly?

Rush Processing may be available for orders shipping to addresses within the United States, depending on current production volume. Each request must be approved individually, however, as there are times when it isn’t possible. Ask your dealer (or Savvy Rest, if ordering directly) to inquire whether Rush Processing is available for your order.

Rush Processing

When Rush Processing is approved, an order is moved from its position in the queue to the “head of the line,” and ships within the next 1-2 business days.

  • Requests received after 4pm EST may be answered the following business day.
  • Requests received after 4pm EST Fridays are reviewed for approval Monday and, if approved, the order ships on Tuesday.
  • Rush Processing is not “Expedited Shipping”; ground transit times do not change.

Rush Processing Fees

Single mattress – $100
Single mattress with foundation OR platform bed OR platform bed insert – $150
Other items with OR without a mattress – $25 each

Note: Rush processing is not currently available for sofas, loveseats, or armchairs.

How will my order be shipped to me?

FedEx

If you order a layered mattress (Serenity, Unity Pillowtop, Tranquility), the Afton or Esmont platform bed, a platform bed insert, and/or accessories only, your order will be delivered by FedEx, No Signature Required. If you prefer to be at home when boxes are delivered, you may specify Signature Required delivery when you order. (This cannot be added after order is placed.)

Common Carrier

If your order includes a foundation or Earthspring mattress, it will be shipped by a common carrier. The carrier company will call you to schedule a delivery time.

CURBSIDE DELIVERY. Common carriers do not bring boxes indoors and are contracted to deliver at the curb or sidewalk only. Someone must be present to unload, inspect, sign for, and bring in the delivery. (An individual driver may be willing to bring it to your door but this is not included or guaranteeable.) Arrange a helper if you’ll need assistance, or consider ordering White Glove Delivery (see What If I Need Help with Setup?, below).

DELIVERY INSPECTION. It is very important to inspect boxes thoroughly before you sign a delivery receipt. These Delivery Inspection Instructions will protect you in the event that a claim is necessary. Please read them carefully.

Threshold or White Glove Delivery

If your order includes a sofa, loveseat, armchair, or ottoman, you have the choice of either threshold delivery OR White Glove delivery.

Threshold delivery does not include an extra charge but will only bring the furniture item to your front door, garage, or patio.

White Glove delivery involves an extra charge but the furniture item will be brought inside your home and will be assembled for you in the room of your choice.

DELIVERY INSPECTION. It is very important to inspect boxes & the furniture pieces thoroughly before you sign a delivery receipt. These Delivery Inspection Instructions will protect you in the event that a claim is necessary. Please read them carefully.

How do I track my order?

Your dealer (or Savvy Rest, if you order directly) will email you the tracking information once your order has shipped. White Glove and common carrier shippers issue one tracking number for all boxes in a shipment. FedEx issues individual numbers for each box. If you have not received tracking information after seven (7) days and wish to check, please contact your dealer or Savvy Rest for an update.

Can I arrange a specific delivery date?

Yes. For orders shipping to addresses within the United States, Savvy Rest is happy to time delivery around your travel, moving, or vacation plans.

Preferred Delivery Date

If you prefer delivery ON or BEFORE—or ON or AFTER—a certain date, tell your dealer or Savvy Rest when you place your order. We will make every effort to time your delivery within three (3) days of that date.

Guaranteed Delivery Date (Fee applies, see below)

If you need to take delivery on a specific date, your order must be received by Savvy Rest in time for normal production and transit intervals. Tell your dealer or Savvy Rest that you wish to order with a Guaranteed Delivery Date.

Note: Saturday delivery is available from Federal Express and White Glove services only, not from common carriers. Sunday delivery is not available.

Mattress only – $150
Mattress with foundation OR platform bed insert – $200
Platform bed – $100
Multiple mattresses or sets – Ask your dealer to contact Savvy Rest for a quote, or if ordering directly, contact us.

Note: If Rush Processing and Guaranteed Delivery Date are ordered, both fees apply. Guaranteed delivery dates not available for sofas, loveseats or armchairs.

What if I need help with setup? Or need my old mattress removed?

White Glove Delivery includes:

  • Scheduling (delivery company calls you)
  • Inside delivery to room
  • Setup of mattress, mattress + foundation, platform bed and/or sofa
  • Removal of all packaging
  • Existing mattress/set removal, if specified (additional fee applies)
Tip: Watch the Mattress Assembly video to evaluate whether setup is something to do on your own or with a helper (advisable for larger mattress sizes).

How will my order be packaged?

Savvy Rest organic mattresses are bagged in heavy plastic, then packed in strong boxes with strapping reinforcement. Casings or accessories may be shipped in smaller boxes; latex boxes measure just under 2’ x 2’ x 3’. Sofas, loveseats, and armchairs arrive wrapped and secured to wooden pallets.  Box contents are labeled on the outside. Generally, orders are packaged as follows:

Serenity, Unity Pillowtop, Tranquility

Twin/Twin Long — 1 latex box + 1 smaller box
Full/Queen — 3 latex boxes
King/California King (FedEx) — 3 latex boxes + 1 smaller box for casing

SerenitySpring, TranquilitySpring

Twin/Twin Long — 1 latex box + 1 smaller box for casing + 1 rolled coil unit
Full — 1 latex box with casing  + 1 rolled coil unit
Queen — 1 latex box + 1 smaller box for casing +  2 rolled coil units
King/California King — 1 latex box + 1 smaller box for casing + 2 rolled coil units

Pastoral

Twin/TXL/Full/Queen — 1 latex box
King/California King — 1 larger box

Foundations, SimpleFit mattresses

Twin/TXL — 1 box: 39″ x 81″ x 10″
Full/Queen — 1 box: 61″ x 81″ x 10″
California King foundations — 2 boxes: 39″ x 85″ x 10″

Platform Beds

Savvy Rest’s own natural platform beds, the Afton and the Esmont, arrive in several individually-labeled boxes. Simple assembly is required; no tools required.
