Never have I known a company of such integrity. I greatly appreciate the customer service I received.After buying the original king mattress set years back, I discovered it had started to disintegrate into an ugly yellow mess. We had to unzip the pillow encasing to move. When I called, I was overwhelmed at the response to honor the warranty and replace the mattress. They explained to me that that has very seldom happened, but that it should not have done that.I know many companies say that they will honor warranties, but fail to do so.Not Savvy Rest! They were so very kind and listened to me with total respect.I am grateful beyond words that I did receive my new mattress. I recommend your company to all I know.Thank you so much,Peggy Bentley

I called Savy Rest with an extreme oxidation issue, of which sales associate Taylor, was quick to suggest photographing & texting explanations on my cell phone.Within 30 minutes of original contact, a delivery was scheduled for the next day delivery: replacing my 3-layer latex mattress with mattress cover, with all new exact same mattress set-up and brand new cover.Brilliant!Delivery was on time, everyone was helpful and informative, plus, packed out what they packed in and the old mattress as well. Overall, our experience was good!We inquired about purchasing the Urban Woods bed frame (on display) with the mattress in a different size.The Savvy Rest folks put us in touch with Urban Woods Company directly.We also had a great experience working with Urban Woods.However, we were offered a variation in pricing.Through that experience, we discovered several hiccups trying to work together with Savvy Rest and Urban Woods with regards to pricing that took a couple of weeks to resolve.We found this to be a disappointing part of our experience.We felt like the middle man in the midst of these two business partners.We are continuing to enjoy our new bed and will possibly make an change out of one of our layers to achieve the optimal firmness/softness ratio.Thanks to both Savvy Rest and Urban Woods!

Had a great time picking out a bed and mattress!

First of all, our experience in your show room wasvery informative. Carrie was very patient and helpful.We didn't feel like we were being pressured to buy your product.She was correct on her recommendation for our mattress.I prefer a softer one and my husband a firmer one.Adding the topper made it more comfortable for both of us.From the first night our sleep patterns have changed.No more tossing and turning all night trying to get comfortable.We have had the mattress for 30 days. The pain from the bursitis in my left hip, from being a left side sleeper, is no longer a problem.My husbands back problems have really improved.One of the best features I think, is not feeling your spouse getting in and out of the bed.I would recommend the mattress, it is worth the price for a good nights sleep.

We had a great experience shopping at Savvy Rest.Dominick is really friendly and helpful.He went out of his way to rearrange the mattress levels to help us find what works best for us.He was also really helpful with scheduling of the delivery.Overall it was an easy and fun experience.

The pillow is great and shipped very quickly!One suggestion would be to not write the contents on the outside of the box.The pillow was a gift for my husband, but the box had "body pillow" written on it.

We needed to replace a soft mattress with a firm mattress and it was handles quickly and very pleasantly on the phone.Very professional.

I bought the Afton, and I liked it a lot when it arrived. It is easy to put together. One person can do it. Wonderful design!

My Savvy Rest mattress was delivered about a month ago and I am very happy with it. My wife wanted a softer sleep and I prefer more firmness, so we ordered layers of firm-medium-soft for her, and firm-firm-medium for me, and topped it off with a 3-inch topper. I was concerned that the bed would look lopsided but it doesn't. The layers are very uniform. It took some muscle to assemble it, because the latex is heavy. The bed came with a canvas zipper pouch, which we put on the bed base and then assembled the bed layer by layer. It took some pushing and heavy breathing but we zipped it up. We really love this new bed. It is sooooo comfortable. It had zero odor out of the box. We wanted organic and this is it. I have arthritis in my lower back and this mattress is heaven. I feel perfectly supported and no pain while I'm in bed. I have taken to a daily nap.

Incredible customer service from start to finish

We had to replace the covering for our mattress as my mother-in-law accidentally washed it. The customer servie from Savvyrest was top notch. The rep was very helpful.

I ordered my mattress over the phone with the help of a representative and the experience was wonderful. The representative was very helpful in helping me choose my combination since I could not go to a store to test them. I was a little worried about getting a mattress without feeling it first, but it is the best mattress I have ever owned, and I sleep much better than before. I would recommend to anyone!
