This was hands down the best mattress buying experience I have ever had.My wife and I went to the store and Paul was the one working.He was very knowledgeable and payed close attention to what we were interested in.He did not watch us like a hawk like many other salesmen do, but was available for information and questions as they came up.When we finally decided on the mattress, he worked with us to find options within our budget.He even gave a discount on shipping and delivery to make sure the bed was moved in without difficulty to our home.We also ordered pillows from the store, and they let us exchange them for a different type of pillow after the fact, even though this is not their normal practice.They even helped us to find a natural/safe cover for our mattress that would protect it from our children's accidents!They correspond very VERY promptly via email after your purchase to give updates or answer questions about your order (literally sometimes within minutes), and were always happy to help.The delivery company was very helpful and set up the whole mattress without any trouble.We have been using the bed now for about three months now, and couldn't be happier.I would absolutely recommend Savvy Rest to others.I readily acknowledge it is more expensive than many competitors, but the quality of the product and the customer service far exceeds the competition, making them number one in my book!

Staff inside Cville store were helpful and knowledgable. They provided space we needed to test mattresses but also good info to guide our decision making.

The whole experience was awesome.I had done some research on line and your staff substantiated much of what I learned which was very reassuring.There was no pressure, just information and then total customer service in buying, delivery and follow-up customer service needs.I'm very impressed with Savvy Rest.The bed was expensive but so worth the price.I've had back aches for 4 years every morning and from the first night on my Savvy Rest bed there have been no ("0") back aches.Thank you for what you did for me.

I first went into Savvy Rest on Sept. 30, 2015 to test out their beds.I asked the salesman for advice as to what might suit my needs best given my preferences.He advised me on one, which I tried, as well as other bed combos.The first option really was the best.However, before buying I wanted to check out one other organic bed store.After doing so, I determined that Savvy Rest beds were far and away superior.I bought my bed about three weeks later in Oct. after making a second trip to try the beds. During each visit the salesperson was helpful, very low key, let me have my space to test everything and were super nice.After only a couple nights on my Savvy Rest bed I was already sleeping better and felt the bed was much more supportive than my previous memory foam bed.I did not realize what an improvement a Savvy Rest bed would make in my life.The bed is like magic and worth every penny.I highly recommend the product as well as the company.

Savvy Rest became a critical part of my relocation to the US. The major immediate issue on arriving was purchase of a quality mattress and quick delivery in order to move out of my hotel and into an (unfurnished) apartment. However which mattress to get was not a decision that I wanted to make in haste – to regret at my leisure. The website was very useful as were videos explaining the properties of different kinds of mattresses. I also spoke to Savvy Rest staff over the telephone who were very helpful and clear in responding to my questions and went out of their way to arrange delivery within a few days. I am extremely happy with my reassuringly heavy sprung mattress which is clearly of high quality. It is very comfortable and I think the best mattress I have ever purchased.Thank you Savvy Rest.

Customer service was very helpful when I called.The mattress shipped and was received within the expected time frame.But best of all, the mattress is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!!I love it!

The delivery occurred when scheduled. The crew set up the bed with skill. We are enjoying the new mattress.We would have been happier if there had been a store closer to us. The ride to Rockville was daunting.

Start to finish experience was great. My custom sized mattress for a WWI steel bed, which has springs, is wonderful. Savvyrest gave me instructions to follow so the warranty is not voided with no boxspring. Delivery crew was top-notch. Friendly & efficient.

The savvyrest website is very informative, and the product information was straightforward, easy to locate and understand. I have the advantage of a local Charlottesville store, so I was well-informed when I visited. The salesperson was courteous and professional, and he answered all of my questions. I was allowed plenty of time to test various configurations and make a decision. I was confident in my purchase, knowing that I could exchange layers later on if things weren't to my liking. My mattress was delivered on time, and I was able to set it up using the printed and video instructions with no fuss. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and it was exactly right as ordered.

We visited the Berkeley store twice before making our purchase. We really liked being able to sample all the different mattress setups leisurely and with no sales pressure whatsoever. From purchasing our Savvy Rest mattress set to its delivery, we were impressed with everyone's knowledge and helpfulness. This was certainly a wonderful experience.

All aspects of my shopping experience were excellent. Starting with my interactions with the sales manager in a showroom, to my interactions with the delivery person. All were extremely professional, and exceptionally accommodating. I would recommend the experience to anybody considering a mattress or bedding accessories.

Grateful for your company & it's products. We were worried not being able to exchange a mattress topper if it didn't work for us, but we were able to hang out at the store leisurely & try it, and it has been great.
