After doing much research for a healthy, naturally comfortablemattress, I spent the afternoon with Dominic at Savvy Rest and was won over by the flexibility of the exchange policy, the latex product itself and the awesome service.In fact my son who just accompanied me also purchased a split queen and loves his new bed. We really liked our shopping experience at Savvyrest, and our new mattress as well! The staff at the Savvyrest store is very professional and friendly! They know what you need and are ready to give you a professional advice! The shopping process was seamless and pleasant!Our new mattress is very comfortable. The first night we were truly amazed by the difference with our old mattress. We woke up easily and felt rested! The Savvyrest mattress was a great choice! Although Savvyrest mattresses are a bit on an expensive side, it is really worth it!

The staff was always warm, professional, and knowledgable. We had a great experience. And we love our bed and pillows; they are so very comfortable. In fact, it's a little hard to leave the bed!

I have nothing but praise for the experience and the product. The sales people in the Bethesda store were great. The two delivery folks were exceptional. I love the bed. A considerable investment but worth it.

We bought our first set of mattresses from Saavy Rest in 2008 after extensive, exhaustive research.We are a young family, & it was a big financial undertaking to buy organic, thoughtfully produced & manufactured mattresses versus conventionally manufactured mattresses. We purchased that set of mattresses through a store that sold Saavy Rest, & the customer service was wonderful.After two more children, it was time to purchase twin mattresses for them, and after sleeping on ours for 7 years & LOVING them, we went directly through Saavy Rest.Customer service was extraordinary with additional help needed & each time I talked to Taylor, he not only knew exactly who I was & recalled our order, but was so incredibly helpful, thoughtful & intuitive (we had purchased a twin serenity back in 2008 for our then 2-year-old son, who is now almost 9, incredibly tall, & so we ordered one of the new mattresses as an XL for him thanks to the the ever helpful Taylor).The product is exceptional in quality, comfort & workmanship, customer service is without a doubt old-fashioned customer service….sincere with a big helping of gratitude & geniuine care, knowledge & follow through.

i had gone to your berkeley store early on in my search for a natural latex mattress.the salesperson seemed really honest with feedback about the products that other stores sell, and exuded a sense of confidence which was a good selling point.after checking out other stores/products, i decided to come back to savvy rest.the price point and quality of the product (the only one i could find made of 100% natural latex), i was able to take advantage of a sale going on, and had the same sales rep plus an assistant come to deliver and put together my mattress.the only thing i would have liked to have known, is that the mattress came with a set of sheets; i had bought a set at the time of purchase but would not have had i known the mattress had come with one.as soon as i started sleeping on the mattress, the body pain my partner and i had with my old one had gone away.also, no fumes were detected at all with this mattress.all in all, i am pretty happy with my purchase and would recommend it/the store to my friends + family.thanks!

We chose Savvy rest after intensive research. Among other things, we were impressed with SR's forthright disclosures as to materials, sourcing, etc., compared to several other brands / competitors. While we find SR relatively expensive compared to other brands, we are not only happy with the product and customer service, but also enjoy the confidence fostered by their forthright declaration of their products, materials, sourcing and certifications — again — compared to several competitors.We also like their 90-day exchange policy, which helps consumers test their sleeping comfort.I prefer minimizing my email.

After sleeping on the bed for about a month, we exchanged a layer for more comfort. Very easy procedure.

Dominick and Travis are SO GREAT!Very helpful in making my choices clear, good recommendations, awesome follow-through.We LOVE the pillows, toppers and mattress we purchased.We will be buying more things, for sure.

We are very happy with our Savvyrest mattress and with the service provided by the company. We ended up changing out one of our layers and everything went smoothly.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience the sales people are very informative and kind I have to say though I'm about 80% happy with my mattress it's not as comfortable as I thought it was going to be.I've been meaning to give a call but I haven't gotten to it I have my house under full renovation .

We do not have a store close by, so I called to get an expert opinion on the bed we chose. Both ladies I talked to were so helpful. When Carrie found out that I am pregnant she even talked to a manger about extending our exchange period so it fell after the baby is born. We just got back from a cruise and both my husband and I were so excited to be sleeping on our savvy rest mattress again-it is so comfortable.

We worked with your store in Vienna VA.All the people there were very nice and helpful.Lay Lwin Htiun was particularly knowledgeable,helpful, and VERY patient with us in changing out the various Savvy Rest matrass combinations until we were sure of the one that best suited or sleep styles and needs.She was always very friendly, patient and helpful in suggesting different combinations until we were satisfied.I hit on my combination quickly but my wife was a bit more discerning in her needs but Lay Lwin was patient for the longest time. She ALWAYS greeted us with a smile and made us feel like we were her most important customers. This is a great store to work with and we are sleeping much better with our new Savvy Rest matrasses.

After doing extensive research online, I was pleased to find a showroom closeby. It was refreshing to have a no-pressure experience. The sales staff answered all our myriad questions and were very knowledgeable about the company and the product. We did purchase a King split mattress with adjustable base. The delivery staff were exceptional. We have since exchanged two layers but have been very satisfied with the product and customer service. I would urge all my friends and family to purchase a natural mattress and highly recommend a Savvy Rest product.

The Savvy Rest staff was extremely helpful when I called to discuss my options. Considering the distance to a Savvy Rest retailer, I bought my mattress by talking with staff. I ordered a very different mattress after talking with Twila than I would have without her input. It was a great experience and we are loving the new mattress.
