Great experience, great bed. I was originally going to go with the most firm. The man helping me (Bernardo?) had me try out all the beds. He said most ended up with the softer configuration, so I ordered it. When I first got it, I thought it was too soft. But in only a few days, I was hooked. I love my bed!

My husband & I are very pleased with the mattress we chose.The salespeople were very knowledgeable and courteous. Most certainly would recommend Savvyrest as a place to buy your next mattress.

Everyone has been very nice and helpful, unfortunately I tore some ligaments in my arm right after receiving my mattress and have been unable to assemble it yet.It is frustrating to have to wait so long since it has been sitting on our covered porch for almost a month.I am looking forward to trying the bed in a few weeks!I really appreciate the company policy of planting trees as part of my purchase.

Buying a mattress is a daunting experience especially if it is for your child. Dominick and everyone my family interacted with in the Berkeley store were very knowledgeable and during the delivery went above and beyond.We'll be looking to replace our mattress next and going back to Savvy Rest.

There were some issues with the service of FedEx but other than that, am happy with mattress and great service I received when I contacted Savvy Rest.

Mabast Mustafa has been very helpful in addressing a couple of items that I was concerned with.In addition, he's been very helpful with the new purchases and his wealth of information has put me at ease.

We received excellent guidance in selecting our second savvyrest mattress.Your salesperson was even able to pull up our original order, placed when you had a different name and more limited locations.We are very excited for our new mattress (we've graduated from a full- to a queen-sized bed) and are grateful for the excellent customer service we have received.

The website is VERY helpful in understanding the mattress materials so my wife and I arrived at the store not needing explanation of the two types of foam.We spent about 2 hours in the store trying different combinations for many minutes apiece.The sales person was great in swapping out different layers so we could test the alternatives.As a result I sleep through the night and no longer wake up with back pain.The selection of pillows is extensive and again I found a pillow that works just right for me.My wife is still evaluating and the 90 day trial policy will hopefully be enough time to ensure that she is just as completely satisfied as I am.

I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Savvy Rest at the Vienna, VA store, and in particular with Mabast, who I have dealt with almost exclusively.He has gone out of his way to make sure that I am very happy with my purchase of a Savvyrest mattress. I've had multiple questions regarding pillows, a concern/question about the condition of my top layer of my savvyrest mattress and am taking advantage of the comfort guarantee,and on all counts I have been very happy with the manner in which all of these issues have been resolved.Based on the quality of the product, and especially the customer service provided by Mabast at the Vienna Store, I would certainly recommend Savvy Rest to my friends.

Really loved our experience – we were in the showroom for 4 hours picking out a bed. However, I was pregnant and now that I'm not pregnant the bed is SUPER uncomfortable. But it's past the 3 month swap period so there is nothing they could do for me. I'm now looking into going to be a regular bed because we can't afford to buy new layers to accommodate my needs. I would suggest warning anyone pregnant that it isn't the right time to pick out a bed.

The person who sold us the bed was friendly, informative, and not pushy at all.He patiently answered our many questions and helped make the purchasing process go smoothly.The delivery of the bed was within the time given and the 2 guys who made the delivery were friendly and fast.The old was out and the new was in in less than 30 minutes.We have taken advantage of the "try another firmness" option (which we love) and that went just as smoothly as the initial order.We also love that there is no off gassing odor, which we've experienced with other types of foam mattresses.
