We had a very positive experience with Savvy Rest.First, the website is excellent and gave us a lot of information prior to our store visit, so we had a fairly good idea of what we wanted when we walked in.The store manager in Vienna, VA answered additional questions as we tried out the various mattress combinations.We knew we wanted a firm mattress and also wanted as low a profile as possible due to our existing platform bed, so two layers appealed to us.The manager pointed out all the pros and cons of two layers so we were able to make an informed decision.Ultimately we did go with two layers, a firm and a medium Dunlop, and it's worked out very well since we are both moderate-weight people.The mattress is extremely comfortable and we are sleeping much better than before.The wool pillows are also wonderful.In addition, it's nice knowing we aren't breathing in tons of chemicals during the third of our lives we spend sleeping.I would definitely recommend Savvy Rest to others looking for a quality, healthy mattress. It's well worth the price!

My husband and I felt that we were given all the information we needed to make our choice, in a relaxed atmosphere and over several visits. Our Savvy representative was friendly and answered many questions in a straightforward way. We were impressed by all the possibilities and variations and the company's willingness to alter our mattress if we wished. This was a no-pressure and happy experience. We love our mattress and pillows — and wish we had known more about Savvyrest long ago!

I am very happy with my new mattress from Savvy Rest. It is the perfect amount of support and yet is soft and inviting. It was a custom mattress and I am pleased with the way it fits my antique bed.I especially like the lightness of the mattress when it comes time to change the sheets!

I love my bed!! I purchased the ivy platform and savvy mattress after researching other natural options. Once I determined Savvy was the bed for me I explored their website to refine exactly what I wanted. Their instructional videos are excellent. Purchasing was super easy from telephone assistance, to delivery tracking, to set up instructions, to dreamtime on my new savvy bed.

We drove one hour from Saratoga to Berkeley to try the different options and fortunately, we were not disappointed. We bought 2 XL twin beds. Dominic was knowleageable and very helpful. You should open a store in the South Bay since your dealers around this area are not giving you a fair treatment.

I visited the Vienna, VA store twice to test out mattresses and found the salespersons friendly & informed but willing to let me spend as much time as I wanted trying out the different options.When I purchased my mattress, I asked to split the payment in 2 parts and that was cheerfully accommodated.The delivery team worked with dispatch to set up the mattress, including making a small repair to a slat on my bed.Overall, it was a positive experience.

I did email the company with a question about how best to get the mattresses into the cover but noone responded. We kept working at it though and got them in. It's a very very comfortable bed. Thank tou very much!
