Great overall, though initial communication was weak, but it got stronger after that, everyone was very nice, friendly, and helpful (Dominic was especially friendly and knowledgeable), and we were very pleased with the delivery, and are, most importantly, very happy with our new bed. We used to be envious of hotel beds; now we have one that's even better than that. And we love that Savvy is Berkeley-based, worker-owned, and eco-friendly!

We had this mattress now for a little over a months and absolutely love it. Thank you! We especially appreciate that we could customize the firmness to our needs because ofthe three different layers, and I got great help from customer service when I had questions about choosing the combination.

Our experience ordering a mattress, bed frame and linens from Savvy Rest was seamless. From our questions about the materials used to sizing information, the Savvy Rest team responded quickly and concisely. The mattress and other bed materials arrived as advertised. Set up was fast and easy. We have now been using Savvy Rest mattresses for nearly three years, are endlessly happy and constantly get compliments from friends who see or feel our beds.

After buying 2 mattresses in the last 3 years, only to have them become lumpy and uncomfortable in a very short time, we decided to try something different from a traditional inner spring. After researching and finding all the chemical concerns about the memory foam mattresses, it seemed organic latex was the best option. Savvy Rest had the best website by far. Easy to navigate and very informative. We ordered having never laid on an latex mattress. So easy to put together once it arrived! And by far the most comfortable mattress we ever slept on!

Excellent /numerous combinations of mattress' density for customer to try in undisturbedtime in showroom after having good explanation of product by a staff member. I liked the lack of selling me with pressure and too many comparisons.If one has shopped around other stores, it is the simple experience that your bedding "sells" itself !

This was the second mattress that I have bought from Savvy Rest.The salespeople were very helpful, pleasant and patient while I took a lot of time and several visits to the store to decide just which type to get.I had been happy with the first one and a recent guest said that she slept very well on the second one.

The product is excellent, and the staff is highly professional, accommodating and quick to respond to any concerns or questions. My wife and I were somewhat leery about shopping for a new mattress, fearing a used car salesman type of pressure, but we saw absolutely none of that.
