The entire experience was positive from the salesman in the store to the delivery person.Any issues were addressed immediately.Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

Our experience with Saavy Rest was wonderful from the beginning and we are now happily sleeping on our new bed. The sales person gave us his full attention as we tried out different combinations of layers (3) and talked about our individual sleep habits and needs. Night and day experience as compared with shopping at any other mattress store (I visited a Savvy Rest corporate store in Virginia). The staff were exceptionally patient, friendly and at no time were they pushing to close a sale.The mattresses themselves had no off-gas (like others I've had) and everyone has been sleeping better with them. That said, I do wish there was better help in deciding between the different types of mattresses. All the choices can actually make it harder!

The information we received when we arrived at the store in Vienna, VA was detailed and accurate.We were able to try every type of latex mattress and switch firmness to suit our different needs.We were impressed by the knowledge and flexibility of our sales associate. I called prior to ordering our king bed and also received great care over the phone about delivery, set-up and slatted bases. No question was left unanswered.We LOVE our Savvy Rest mattress and feel as if it was custom designed just for us.

Dealing with Savvy Rest in Vienna,VA was an awesome experience.The sales clerk was helpful and knowledgable. We had her changing out the layers and trying several different configurations.My husband and I have different configurations and she changed out the layers with a smile.We purchased the mattress and had it delivered.The delivery crew was great! Outside of the purchasing experience, the mattress is amazing! We don't want to get out of bed! Latex is amazing and Savvy Rest is superb.

We have 3 Tranquility Savy Rest mattresses for our children. After seeing a mattress in person at a retailer in Asheville we were confident to order two. They arrived nicely rolled in a large box, no assembly required for the 2 layer Tranquility. We are so happy to have a chemical free mattress option for our kids! When our third child was old enough, we purchased the third mattress. It's been over three years and we remain very happy with them.

I had a queen Savvy Rest Serenity mattress already and I wanted to order another one for a twin bed.The queen was purchased through a retailer and I wasn't satisfied with that experience so I ordered the twin through the website.It was easy and I received the mattress very quickly, no issues.Tracking updates were easy.Great mattress!

Everyone was very nice every time I went in.No pressure and very helpful.We've slept on latex mattresses for many years.They gave us lots of advice on the different kinds of latex they carry and different configurations that we could have.It was a lovely experience.A bit pricey but I believe worth it since it is organic, and also a local business.

Savvy Rest rocks.This is the second mattress we've purchased from you.The first was a high-end latex foam and we love it so much that it was a no brainer where to go when we had to replace the mattress on our guest bed. We went with the simplest one and are very pleased.So are our guests.We love this employee-owned company.

We discovered that mattress that we had purchased a few years prior (and loved!) was prematurely oxidizing.Savvy Rest replaced the mattress at no cost to us, and was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process.Love the products, and love the personal customer service.

We've purchased two mattresses from Savvy Rest. Both shopping experiences were great – the first time we went to the shop to try one out, the second time we were able to order over the phone and have the mattress delivered quickly thereafter.

Purchased the Serenity Mattress by way of "Home Green Home" store in Ithaca, NY.Well worth the 1.75 hr ride to visit and work with a knowledgeable friendly staff and spend some serious test time on various configurations of the mattress.Also queried the folks at Savvy Rest by phone (more that once!)and studied the information on their web site.Chose a mixed configuration queen-size and opted for delivery/set-up (to see how it is done correctly).When a last-minute change on our part resulted in a wrong layer being sent, the reps from the store quickly arranged for a right layer to be drop-shipped to us and we could return ship the wrong layer.4 months later, we are still loving our latex mattress!Highly recommend Home Green Home and Savvy Rest!
